Company trips serve as a morale boost for employees. Traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures can inspire creativity among the workforce. As an outing, employees took a trip to Thailand on February 2 – 4, 2018. A 3-day tour in a country known for its stunning beaches, the friendly people, elephants, and for having the yoga-like Thai massage, famous for delicious food like pad thai, som tum and mango sticky rice, as well as temples, tuk-tuks, floating markets, and full moon parties. On the first day of the tour, the whole team experienced the famous Baiyoke Sky Tower, the second-tallest building in Bangkok and the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia. Following another trip of city sightseeing tour and on the last day a free time where individual trips were enjoyed. The main takeaway, in the end, is howtravel and exposure to different cultures will transform you as an individual. These experiences lead you to reconsider your principles and personal opinions, prompting you to grow as a person as a result.
