Employees are expected to perform at their highest rate of efficiency, meet stringent deadlines, and complete stacks of routine tasks every day in a fast-paced corporate atmosphere and overwhelming workplace. Many of these activities must be completed in a timely way. In this manner, group outings are more than just a way to push others to have a great time; they also serve a larger goal for the team and the business as a whole. The Extinguished Inc. team flew to South Korea for a company trip on November 30 – December 3, 2019. The team visited Nami Island, Petite France, Namsan Hanok Village, Everland, Gyeongbok Palace, Ginseng Center, cosmetic shops, and the N Seoul tower. The whole team immersed in the Korean culture by participating in kimchi-making and hanbok-wearing activities. Team outings help to break down any walls that might exist in the workplace on a daily basis. As an outcome, this will carry over to the workplace, guaranteeing that everybody has a positive and friendly working atmosphere.
